CBRE has facilitated the $20.5 million sale of the Shops at Dublin Commons in Colorado Springs.
Parker Brown, Matthew Henrichs, and Brad Lyons of CBRE represented John Winsor with Olive Real Estate Partners in the transaction.
Located at 5925 & 5935 Dublin Blvd., the 34,104 sq. ft. strip center was built in 2016 and 2018, respectively, and sits in a high-profile location at the intersection of Powers Boulevard and Dublin Boulevard.
“The Shops at Dublin Commons is ideally positioned within the Powers Boulevard retail corridor, one of the dominant retail trade areas in the Colorado Springs market,” said CBRE’s Brown. “Unanchored strip centers have emerged as one of the most sought-after retail assets in today’s marketplace, and we’ve witnessed investment activity becoming increasingly competitive.”
Overall sales volume for Colorado Springs’ retail market in H2 2025 totaled $205.4 million, a 28.6% increase from H1 2025, according to CBRE research. This brought the total for the year to $365.1 million.
