CBRE Facilitates $10.7 Million Sale of Brand-New, Class A Industrial Building in Southwest Las Vegas

CBRE has facilitated the $10.7 million sale of a state-of-the-art, Class A industrial building located at 6885 West Gary Avenue in Las Vegas, Nev. KDS STATE AT 154 LLC acquired the property.

CBRE’s Tyler Ecklund represented the seller, PSIF EBS RAINBOW LLC, in the transaction.

Situated in the Southwest Las Vegas submarket, the property offers immediate access to Interstate 15 (I-15) and Interstate 215, as well as proximity to Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.
