CBRE Facilitates $11.6 Million Sale of Retail Property in Poway, California

CBRE facilitated the $11.6 million sale of Poway Valley Center, a retail property located at 13314 - 13340 Poway Road in Poway, Calif., to Badal Satasiya.

CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson and Michael Peterson represented the seller, Capstone Advisors, in the transaction. Strands Realty Group’s Jimmy Leach and Erik Ransdell, along with Michael and Anthony Annunziata represented the buyer.

“This recently remodeled asset will provide the buyer with a stable and growing cash flow for years to come. Most of the 16 tenants have been at the project for many years, including – Little Sprouts Daycare, Wingstop, Poway Irish Pub, Don Pollo Mexican Food, and Bongiorno’s Pizzeria,” said Kobzi, senior vice president at CBRE.

The property spans 24,802 sq. ft. and is in a prime location at the corner of Poway Road and Community Road. Poway Valley Center is at one of the busiest intersections in the area. Poway is strategically positioned in the center of San Diego County, with easy access to Interstate 5.

This is the seventh asset sale this year by Kobzi, Wilson, and Peterson. Last year, they completed over $162 million in sales.
