CBRE Facilitates $12.25 Million Sale of Cambria Villa Apartments in Rialto, California

CBRE facilitated the $12.25 million sale of Cambria Villa Apartments, a 50-unit multifamily community located at 1531 West Rialto Avenue in Rialto, California. CBRE’s Eric Chen and Blake Torgerson represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Cambria Villa Apartments totaling approximately 42,978 square feet on a 103,672-square-foot site. Built in 1985, the gated community features a mix of four one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and 46 two-bedroom, one-bathroom units with an average unit size of 887 square feet.

"Investor demand for well-maintained multifamily assets in the Inland Empire remains strong, particularly for properties that offer operational upside and long-term growth potential," said Chen, CBRE’s executive vice president.
