CBRE facilitated the $3.45 million sale of a 3,000-sq.-ft.-building located at 2325 Roll Drive in San Diego, California.

The property is a drive-thru Starbucks conveniently located near the Otay Port of Entry, with over 15 million vehicles and 2.8 million pedestrian crossings per year. The property was renovated from a bank to a Starbucks in 2017 on a .78-acre lot.

CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson, and Michael Peterson represented the seller, IRE Development LLC, and the buyer, Hidden Valley North LP, represented themselves in the transaction.

This is the fifth asset sale this quarter by Kobzi, Wilson and Peterson. Last year, they completed over $165 million in sales.
