CBRE Facilitates $32 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in Salem, Oregon

CBRE facilitated the sale of Fruitland Meadow, a 168-unit multifamily property, located at 5192 Caplinger Road SE in Salem, Oregon. The private buyer acquired the property for $32 million.

CBRE’s Josh McDonald and Joe Nydahl represented the seller, Investors Capital Group, in the transaction.

Situated on an 8.16-acre lot, the property offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
