CBRE Facilitates $6.15 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in Fontana, California

CBRE facilitated the sale of a multifamily community at 9223 Cypress Avenue in Fontana, Calif., for $6.15 million.

CBRE’s Eric Chen, Kevin Sin and Blake Torgerson represented both the buyer, Cypress Apartments Properties LLC, and the seller, Masters Development LLC, in the transaction.

Built in 2024, the property features 14 townhouse-style units. Each unit features a spacious bi-level layout with an average unit size of 1,205 sq. ft. and includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood cabinetry, waterproof plank flooring, recessed lighting and in-unit washers and dryers.
