CBRE Facilitates $71 Million Sale of 159-Unit Sammamish Multifamily Community

CBRE has arranged the sale of SKY Sammamish, a 159-unit premier multifamily property in Sammamish, Washington, to an undisclosed buyer for $71 million.

The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington and Kyle Yamamoto, who represented the seller, MainStreet Property Group & HAL Real Estate, Inc.

“SKY Sammamish represented a unique opportunity for the buyers to purchase in the rarely traded, high-barrier and exclusive Sammamish submarket. Our team worked with both the buyer and seller to negotiate terms that worked for both sides to find the most favorable path to consummate an off-market transaction,” said Mark Washington, Executive Vice President at CBRE. “This sale underscores the continued demand for high-quality residential properties in the region.”

SKY Sammamish, located at 22526 SE 4th Street, comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom units and two-story townhomes with private entrances. The community features contemporary architecture with high-end finishes, open floor plans, large windows, walk-in closets and private balconies. Additionally, the property was designed with sustainability in mind, achieving LEED gold certification. Residents have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, a top floor sky view lounge, and landscaped courtyard with fire pit, barbeque area and pickleball and basketball court.
