CBRE Facilitates Sale of Carnegie Point in Charlotte

CBRE announced the sale of Carnegie Point, a 108,931-sq.-ft. Class A office property located at 6101 Carnegie Blvd. in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Endeavor Real Estate Group.

CBRE's Patrick Gildea and Matt Smith represented the seller, Redline Property Partners, in the transaction.

Located in Charlotte's SouthPark submarket, Carnegie Point is a five-story Class A office property situated at the intersection of Barclay Downs Drive and Carnegie Boulevard. The property features a recently renovated lobby and common areas, along with an outdoor amenity deck including Wi-Fi and a mixture of hard and soft seating.

Redline Property Partners invested in significant capital improvements during its ownership, including elevator modernization, roof replacement, parking enhancements and improved common areas throughout the building, as well as the creation of new amenity spaces.

This theme is evidenced by a Class A vacancy rate in the SouthPark submarket of only 5.2%.”
