CBRE Facilitates Sale of Congress Center Medical Center in West Palm Beach

CBRE announced today it has arranged the sale of Congress Center Medical, a 41,861-square-foot medical office building located at 4400 North Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida. Synchrony Real Estate Group LLC, an owner-operator in the healthcare sector, acquired the property for an undisclosed price.

CBRE’s Ben Silver and Evan Fript represented the seller, Excelsior Capital, in the transaction.

Congress Center Medical is a two-story building consisting of eight office suites and ample parking. The property is strategically located just east of I-95, offering direct access via the 45th Street exit, and is near HCA Florida JFK North Hospital, St. Mary's Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center. The buyer plans to occupy the available space at the property while serving as landlord to the remaining tenants.
