CBRE Facilitates Sale of Walton Lofts in Seattle’s Iconic Waterfront District

CBRE announced the sale of Walton Lofts, a 136-unit luxury high-rise located at 75 Vine Street in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.

CBRE’s Pacific Northwest Multifamily team, Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington, Kyle Yamamoto and Natalie Kasper, represented the seller, Clarion Partners.

It is also walkable to the newly redeveloped Seattle Waterfront and Pike Place Market.

Seattle’s multifamily market continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals, driven by a resurgence in downtown activity and return-to-office mandates from major employers. According to CBRE Research, Puget Sound asking rents grew slightly in Q3 2025 with 70% of the region’s submarkets experiencing year-over-year rent growth.
