CBRE Arranges Sale of 372-Unit Deercross in Indianapolis

CBRE has arranged the sale of Deercross, a 372-unit multifamily property in Indianapolis. Iconic Property Partners purchased the property from an affiliate of Wilkinson Corporation for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Cam Benz and Claire Hassfurther represented the seller in the transaction.

“It was great to assist Wilkinson in taking this property round trip,” said Ott. “Since their acquisition, they have elevated the physical condition of the property significantly and increased revenue, making this a great outcome. We look forward to hearing about the success of the new owner.”

Deercross is located at 7007 Deer Path Drive, minutes northwest of the Interstate 465 and 74 interchange and proximate to Eagle Creek Park, one of the largest municipal parks in the U.S. Built in 1979, the property has undergone significant renovations during Wilkinson’s ownership, including new windows and complete interior upgrades across all units, featuring vinyl plank flooring and a private patio or balcony in each unit.

Community amenities include a business center, basketball court, 24‑hour fitness center, laundry facilities, picnic areas and a dog park.
