CBRE Hires Conor Brennan in San Diego

CBRE announced Conor Brennan has joined the firm in San Diego as senior vice president. Brennan will focus on multifamily private investment properties in the region.

Brennan spent the last 12 years at Marcus and Millichap, specializing in selling multifamily investment properties in San Diego. During that time, he was involved in selling hundreds of properties valued at over a half of billion dollars. Brennan graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance and has garnered many awards during his time in the industry. He also worked at Colliers International, Capital Real Estate Ventures, SR Commercial and Monarch Investments.
