CBRE Hires Heather Nevin to lead the Mid-Atlantic’s Investor Services Business

CBRE announced the hiring of Heather Nevin as Senior Managing Director of Mid-Atlantic Investor Services and Maryland Market Leader.

Ms. Nevin joins the leadership team headed by Kyle Schoppmann, President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, Ms. Nevin will be responsible for driving the integrated solutions and growth of the region’s agency leasing and property management services for property owners. She will also have day-to-day oversight of the company’s Maryland offices in Baltimore and Bethesda.

Ms. Nevin joins CBRE from Transwestern where she was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Chief Operating Officer. There, she was responsible for driving strategic initiatives and business objectives and managing operations and business lines. Prior to Transwestern, Ms. Nevin was a practice area leader at Gensler and a partner at OTJ Architects, leading complex office renovations for clients in the technology, non-profit, and law firm sectors. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant at McKinsey and a tax attorney at Covington & Burling.

Ms. Nevin earned an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Williams College, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago.
