CBRE Hires Industrial Expert Stephen Shoemaker as Senior Vice President Focusing on Multi-Market Industrial Occupiers

CBRE announced today that Stephen Shoemaker has been hired as a Senior Vice President, partnering with CBRE Vice Chairmen Jeffrey Babikian and David Opper, focusing on multi-market industrial occupiers.

Adopting an integrated approach to transactions to achieve successful results for tenants and owners alike, Mr. Shoemaker’s clients have included food & beverage, 3PL, bulk distributors, drayage/port, intermodal, trailer parking, and retail logistics occupiers. He has also represented prominent property owners such as LINK, Brookfield, Realterm, and Prologis, and notable tenants like JB Hunt, NJ Transit, and Goodwill, to name a few.

Mr. Shoemaker will partner with Mr. Babikian and Mr. Opper, a team that is renowned for providing expert real estate advisory services for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, GAF, Sony, Labcorp, Daimler, Hertz, KPMG, and Siemens, among others.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Shoemaker worked at Cushman & Wakefield, which he joined in 2017, and specialized in industrial logistics and supply chain tenant and landlord representation, rising to the rank of Executive Director in 2023.
