CBRE Hires Lauren Goddard as Associate Director of Research for Tennessee

CBRE has hired Lauren Goddard as Associate Director of Research for Tennessee, effective Oct. 13. In this role, Goddard will lead market intelligence and insights for Tennessee, conceptualizing and executing market analysis, data visualization, and strategic responses to client pursuits for all business lines and asset classes.

Goddard will work closely with CBRE’s broker teams and Elizabeth Goodwin, Senior Managing Director and Tennessee Market Leader, providing support for all of Tennessee, including Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Jackson, MS. Goddard will report to Scott Amoson, the Associate Field Research Director in Atlanta.

Goddard brings over eight years of research and commercial real estate experience to CBRE. Most recently, she served for two years as the SVP of Operations at Avison Young in Memphis, where she honed her skills in the commercial real estate landscape. Prior to that, she held the position of Director of Marketing and Research, further solidifying her expertise.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Geography and her master’s degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Memphis. As a native of Burns, Tennessee, she lived in Memphis for 18 years before recently relocating back to Nashville.
