CBRE Hires Three Office Leasing Veterans to Join its Greater Philadelphia Team

CBRE today announced three former JLL executives have joined the firm’s Radnor and Philadelphia, PA offices. Ashley Parrillo will join as a Senior Vice President, while Anthony LiVecchi and Peter Barnes will serve as First Vice Presidents. The team will focus on account management as well as office tenant representation throughout greater Philadelphia.

Formerly a Senior Vice President with JLL, Ms. Parrillo has assisted numerous major companies and organizations with their workplace strategies and has structured some of the biggest transactions in the market.

Mr. LiVecchi previously served as a Senior Vice President at JLL where he led efforts representing several multi-market companies with all facets of their real estate needs in addition to advising landlords of trophy office buildings in Philadelphia.

Also, formerly a Senior Vice President with JLL, Mr. Barnes has been an advisor to a variety of corporate real estate users, helping them to devise real estate solutions that best support their business needs. His comprehensive knowledge of market conditions and negotiating prowess make him one of the top tenant rep professionals in the industry.

The team has successfully represented some of the premier companies in the Philadelphia Metropolitan region spanning a wide range of industries in finance, engineering, logistics, healthcare, private equity, media and top tier law firms. Recently, they have led transactions across the United States and around the globe as a trusted advisor.
