- Launch of new Office Leasing organization to provide clients with holistic, market-wide perspectives to support strategic decision-making
- One-stop comprehensive solutions spanning site selection, transactions, and design
September 22, 2025 (Seoul) – CBRE Korea, the world's largest commercial real estate services company, announced the integration of its Office Investor Leasing and Office Occupier Leasing teams to establish a new Office Leasing organization. This restructuring enhances CBRE’s office advisory capabilities across the full transaction cycle—from site selection, tenant attraction, and lease negotiations and representation to workplace strategy and design.
By unifying its office advisory functions, CBRE Korea will maximize synergies between related business lines and leverage its extensive market intelligence and insights to deliver more comprehensive and differentiated value to clients. The integrated organization enables CBRE to precisely address client objectives such as asset value enhancement, space efficiency, and cost optimization. Building on this foundation, CBRE will support a broad range of stakeholders—including landlords, investors, developers, and occupiers—in making optimal strategic decisions.
The new framework brings together office leasing advisory with Workplace Strategy (WPS) and the Design Collective, creating a seamlessly connected platform that supports clients from strategy development through space planning, lease advisory and representation, and design. This integrated approach not only strengthens strategic alignment but also enhances responsiveness to evolving market dynamics and changing client business needs, enabling more accurate and timely decision-making.
The newly established Office Leasing organization will be led by Robert Wilkinson, Deputy Managing Director of CBRE Korea. Victoria Choi, an industry veteran with 23 years of experience at CBRE, will continue to head the Office Occupier Leasing team. Hyunjune Lim has been appointed head of Office Investor Leasing. With over 18 years of experience in office leasing, Lim has led major landmark transactions at Colliers, MatePlus, and Shinyoung Asset Management, demonstrating deep expertise and leadership. Since joining CBRE, he has spearheaded several large-scale projects and will now focus on developing tailored strategies for landlords and investors to enhance asset values within the integrated organization.
Don Lim, Managing Director of CBRE Korea, commented: “The domestic office market is facing increasing polarization in demand, evolving cost structures, and growing ESG considerations, all of which require more sophisticated and integrated decision-making. This organizational integration strengthens our advisory platform to proactively address market changes while supporting our clients in both strategy development and asset value creation. CBRE remains committed to serving as the most trusted partner, not only in the office sector but across all asset classes, even amid an uncertain market environment.”
