CBRE Leads Asia Pacific Real Estate Investment Sales Activity in H1 2026, Secures Top Global Position

Asia Pacific – September 15, 2026 – CBRE was the top-ranked firm for commercial real estate investment sales in Asia Pacific during the first half of 2026, also securing the number one position globally, according to MSCI Real Assets.
MSCI Real Assets credited CBRE with a 33% market share across all property types in the Asia Pacific in H1 2026—a 1100-basis point lead over the nearest competitor.
Additionally, CBRE maintained its number one position globally for commercial real estate investment sales with a 23% market share. CBRE also held the top spot for commercial real estate investment sales in Australia, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, New Zealand, and Thailand.

CBRE held the top spot for commercial real estate investment sales in MSCI Real Assets rankings in Asia Pacific across various asset classes, including office (28% market share), industrial (42%), retail (32%), apartment (54%), and development site (36%).
