CBRE Leads Hotel Real Estate Investment Sales Activity in Australia in 2025

CBRE was the top-ranked firm for hotel real estate investment sales in Australia during 2025, according to MSCI Real Assets—marking the 4^th consecutive year that CBRE has held the number one position.

MSCI Real Assets credited CBRE with a 39% market share in Australia and with the #1 position for hotel investment sales across Asia Pacific, with a 33% market share.

In addition to the No. 1 hotel ranking in Australia, CBRE was the overall Australian real estate investment sales leader with a 26% market share, and led the Australian ranking in industrial, multifamily (build-to-rent) and development site sales.
