CBRE Leases 98% of the Chino Spectrum Marketplace in Chino

CBRE negotiated four new leases totaling 16,420 sq. ft. at the Chino Spectrum Marketplace in Chino, Calif. The leases bring the property to 98% occupancy.
Boston Pizza (6,700 sq. ft.), Red Wing Shoes (1,643 sq. ft.), Famous Footwear (5,040 sq. ft.) and Smash Factor (3,037 sq. ft.) recently signed leases at the shopping center. CBRE's Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran represented the landlord, Sy Ventures III, in the transactions.
"The addition of these four leases at the Marketplace highlights this premier retail destination in Chino," said Mr. Pagel, senior vice president at CBRE.
Chino Spectrum Marketplace boasts a mix of national and regional shops and restaurants within its 750,000 sq. ft. Located adjacent to State Highway 71 on Grand Avenue, the new tenants join Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and Staples.
