CBRE Named Exclusive Retail Leasing Agent for Oakville Row in Alexandria, VA

CBRE today announced it has been named exclusive retail leasing agent for Oakville Row on Richmond Highway at Swann Avenue, offering 36,000 sq.ft. of prime retail space available across two buildings in Alexandria’s rapidly growing Oakville Triangle community.

The CBRE team of Michael Zacharia, Reilly Hudson, and Erika Dalisera lead the retail leasing campaign at the property and is developing a new merchandising plan for the site.
