CBRE Names Office Capital Markets Leaders for U.S. Regions

CBRE announced today that Matt Carlson and Patrick Gildea have been named regional leaders for the firm’s Capital Markets national office platform.

As Co-Heads of U.S. Office Capital Markets, Mr. Carlson will provide strategic oversight for the West region, while Mr. Gildea will lead the East region. This leadership structure aims to further enhance national coordination and collaboration among CBRE's institutionally-focused office capital markets teams, capitalizing on their extensive local market expertise.

Mr. Carlson, based in San Diego, has nearly two decades of experience as a commercial real estate professional and has successfully transacted more than $6.6 billion for institutional clients during his career.

Mr. Gildea, based in Charlotte, has been an integral part of CBRE since 2006 and has facilitated over $10 billion in investment property sales. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he consistently ranks among the Southeast's top producers.
