CBRE Negotiates $2.6 Million Sale of Two-Story Office Building

CBRE has arranged the $2.6 million sale of 9890 Irvine Center Drive, a 4,950 sq.-ft.-office building in Irvine, California to Navigators Advisory Group. CBRE's Jeff Carr and Jonathan Carr represented ICD Equities in the transaction.

“After receiving multiple offers on this property, a tremendous price for the seller was achieved while closing escrow in less than 45 days from start to finish," said Jeff Carr, Senior Vice President at CBRE.

The two-story creative office building features a mix of open and private offices. Recent upgrades to the property include a “lofty” creative design that featured open ceilings and exposed ducting. Built in 2007, the building is located at the Irvine Center Drive and Lake Forest Drive intersection, has immediate access to Interstate 5 (I-5) and I-405, and is minutes from the Irvine Spectrum Center, which has numerous restaurants and retail shops.
