CBRE Negotiates $6 Million Sale of Office Property in La Habra, Calif

CBRE has announced the sale of a 31,316 square-foot office property located at 901 East Imperial Highway in La Habra, Calif. A private investor acquired the property for $6 million.

CBRE Private Capital Partners’ Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo, Bryan Johnson and Harry Su, along with Eric Krauter, also of CBRE, represented the seller, Howard's Appliances, Inc., in the transaction.

“This property presented a rare opportunity in a highly sought-after market,” said Cemo, first vice president at CBRE. “La Habra is a supply-constrained market, and this location, with its strong demographics and surrounding retail amenities, offers significant value and potential for future growth.”

The property features a ground-floor showroom space with a roll-up door and second-floor office space. Built in 1980, the property fronts Imperial Highway and Howard’s Appliance will continue to lease back the space. 

Located along Imperial Highway, the property offers excellent access to North Orange County, with convenient proximity to State Route 57 and Interstate 5.
