CBRE Promotes Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade to Executive Vice President

CBRE announced that Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade have been promoted to Executive Vice President. Mr. Kozakov and Mr. Wade co-lead a retail investment property sales team based in the firm’s South Bay office.

Mr. Kozakov and Mr. Wade partnered in 2006 and have since completed over 300 transactions valued at more than $2.6 billion. They joined CBRE in 2013 developing one of the largest and most active networks of investors and capital in the industry. Leveraging the CBRE platform, they offer their clients exceptional service, including leasing, management, valuation, appraisal, and structured finance.

Mr. Kozakov holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Arizona. He serves on the boards for Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles and the Foundation for Camp Bob Waldorf and is involved in several philanthropic organizations throughout Los Angeles. Mr. Wade holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the USC Trojan Real Estate Association and USC Marshall Partners. He regularly volunteers with local sports programs and organizations benefiting low-income youth in Los Angeles. Both Mr. Kozakov and Mr. Wade are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
