Prior to joining CBRE, Dyer served as Global Data Center and Strategy Lead at IBM, where he managed data center transactions worldwide, and previously led business development initiatives at CyrusOne, helping establish the company's federal sector program.
"The data center industry is experiencing unprecedented growth, driven by accelerating demand for compute capacity and digital infrastructure," said Dyer.
