CBRE Promotes Bob Pielsticker to Lead Oklahoma & Arkansas Markets

CBRE announced today that industry veteran Bob Pielsticker, SIOR, has been appointed Director, Advisory Services for Oklahoma and Arkansas. Mr. Pielsticker is based in CBRE’s Tulsa office, located at 1437 S. Boulder Ave.

In this role, Mr. Pielsticker will oversee CBRE’s Advisory Services business in Tulsa, Okla., Oklahoma City, Okla., Fayetteville, Ark. and Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Pielsticker will also continue to serve his clients in a brokerage capacity as a Senior Vice President.

Mr. Pielsticker has been with CBRE since 1998, focusing on assisting office and industrial occupier clients with their commercial real estate needs across Oklahoma. With 40 years of commercial real estate and valuation experience, he is well respected in Tulsa’s commercial real estate and broader business communities. Most recently, he has brokered high-profile transactions in three of Tulsa’s new downtown office buildings including Crowe & Dunlevy P.C. and Helmerich & Payne’s leases at 222 North Detroit; Hall Estill P.C. and Vital Energy’s leases at Santa Fe Crossings; and Pray Walker P.C.’s lease at 21 North Greenwood.
