CBRE Promotes Jay Dick and Dedrik Pharis in Ontario

CBRE announced Jay Dick has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest title for sales professionals at the company, and Dedrik Pharis to Executive Vice President in its Inland Empire office.

"Both Jay and Dedrik have been a model of success in our office," said Ian Britton, Senior Managing Director of CBRE's Inland Empire office.

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Dick has been involved in more than 1,200 sales and lease transactions totaling more than 65 million square feet of industrial space and 30 million square feet of land. He has been named a consistent producer among the top 10% of the company's producers nationally since 2011. In his first year, Mr. Dick earned the company's Rookie of the Year honors for being the region's top producer among first-year sales professionals.

"Jay has done an extraordinary job creating trust and lasting relationships since joining CBRE 34 years ago. He continually offers his expertise and resources to help our clients implement multi-market distribution and inventory optimization strategies nationwide," added Mr. Britton.

Mr. Dick served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP's Inland Empire Chapter for a decade and is currently an executive board member for the University of Southern California's (USC) Marshall's Center for Global Supply Chain Management. He holds a bachelor's degree from USC.

Mr. Pharis works alongside Mr. Dick. He joined CBRE in 2013, primarily focusing on occupier and corporate representations for big box tenants. He's a member of NAIOP. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.
