CBRE announced that Kim Berg has been promoted to Senior Managing Director, the highest title within Property Management at the company that few have attained.

Ms. Berg joined CBRE in 2007 and has risen from Director to Senior Director to Market Leader of Property Management in the greater Seattle and Portland markets. During her nearly six years leading Property Management, she has directed a 275-person team serving 104 clients and more than 46 million sq. ft. of real estate.

“Kim’s dedication to clients and exceptional leadership has been critical in shaping CBRE’s market-leading property management services across the Puget Sound region and Portland markets,” said John R. Miller, Executive Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest and Market Leader for the Greater Seattle region. “We are very fortunate to have Kim as part of our leadership team and congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.”

Over her career, Ms. Berg has been recognized for her outstanding leadership and client service. She received CBRE’s Top Talent Award in 2016 and was the recipient of CBRE’s National Frontline Award in 2020, which honors extraordinary efforts in the face of crises by an individual or market. She was also the recipient of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Chairman’s Award in 2020, which is given by the Chairman of the Board to a deserving BOMA member or staff who has served beyond the call of duty.

In addition to her work at CBRE, Ms. Berg co-chairs CBRE Cares in Seattle, which focuses on volunteerism and financial support of nonprofit organizations in the community. She is also a member of NAIOP, a board member of BOMA and served as Chairperson of the BOMA Seattle chapter in 2023.
