CBRE Promotes Melissa Gray to Senior Director of Property Management in Kansas City

CBRE’s Melissa Gray has been promoted to Senior Director of Property Management in Kansas City.

As a Senior Director, Ms. Gray will continue to lead CBRE's Property Management team in Kansas City, which serves over 75 employees, 35 clients and 16 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate properties. She works directly with property owners to define and implement appropriate plans for each managed asset to help them achieve financial investment goals.

Ms. Gray has been with CBRE since 2005 serving in multiple roles throughout her tenure in both Property Management and Energy & Sustainability Consulting. She will now directly report to Leah FitzGerald in the Kansas City office.

Since stepping into the Kansas City Director role in 2018, Ms. Gray has guided clients and her property management team through the transition of over 10 million sq. ft. of industrial, retail and office portfolios, growing the business by nearly 60 percent.
