CBRE has been retained by Intermountain Health as the exclusive marketing agent for the sale of the 70-acre Lutheran Medical Center campus in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Martin Roth and Eric Roth with CBRE’s Land Services and Capital Markets in Denver will manage the disposition process for the seller.
The campus, which has been operational since 1905, is located at 8300 W. 38th Avenue in Wheat Ridge.
Lutheran Medical Center will relocate to a new state-of-the-art medical facility at Clear Creek Crossing in Wheat Ridge, which is scheduled to be operational later this summer. In October of 2021, the City Council approved the Lutheran Legacy Campus master plan, which outlined a vision for the campus and its future redevelopment.
