CBRE’s Tim Healy represented the seller, LPE I LLC, in the $2.5 million sale of a 16.3 acre parcel at 9001-9015 West Tangerine Road to an undisclosed buyer who was represented by David Rogers of Diligence Realty.
CBRE’s Tim Healy and Jim Smith represented Dreamstyle LLC, in the sale of the 11,055-sq.-ft.-industrial building at 3925 North Runway Drive to Lonestar Electrical Systems LLC.
Lease
CBRE’s Tim Healy represented property owner, Lilly Investment Group LLC, in a three-year renewal of a 6,865-sq.-ft. lease of an industrial building at 2551 North Dragoon Street to an undisclosed tenant.
CBRE’s Nancy McClure and Ryan Hall represented the Landlord, Stromiga Partnership and Roll-it LLC, in two new leases at Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Grant Road and Alvernon Way. Palace of Beauty Styling Salon leased a 1600 sq. ft. at 3997 East Grant Road and Trendy Nails leased a 1,382 sq. ft. at 3901 East Grant Rd Suite 119.
