CBRE’s Las Vegas Office and Professionals Honored at the 28th Annual NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards

CBRE was honored with multiple awards at NAIOP Southern Nevada’s 28th Annual Spotlight Awards ceremony on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Red Rock Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

The Spotlight Awards recognize distinguished commercial real estate entities in our local development community. Active NAIOP Southern Nevada chapter members review both company and individual nominations in each category and select winners based on several factors.

CBRE’s Las Vegas office and professionals were honored in the following categories:

• Brokerage Firm of the Year – fifth consecutive win
• Property Management Firm of the Year – fifth consecutive win
• Broker of the Year - Industrial: Kevin Higgins, SIOR, Vice Chairman; Garrett Toft, SIOR, Vice Chairman; Sean Zaher, Senior Vice President; Jake Higgins, Senior Vice President; and Kelsey Higgins, Senior Associate; Tyce O’Neill, Associate. – fifth consecutive win
• Special Recognition Award – 2024 CRE.Coverage Committee, including past-President Cassie Catania-Hsu
