CBRE Secures 13,156-Square-Foot-Retail Building for Goodwill of Orange County

CBRE’s Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran represented Goodwill Industries of Orange County in negotiating a new retail lease in Orange, Calif. The 13,156-sq.-ft.-building is located at 1821 North Tustin Street.
“This is an excellent location for Goodwill of Orange County as they are growing their operations in Orange County,” said Mr. Pagel, senior vice president at CBRE. “We are working with the nonprofit to identify additional 15,000 to 25,000 sq. ft. properties with high traffic counts and visibility.”
The stand-alone retail building is near the northeast corner of Taft Avenue and North Tustin Street and is the former home of Big Lots.
