CBRE Secures 40,000-SF Retail Lease at Gurnee Mills Mall

CBRE announced today the successful completion of a new lease transaction at Gurnee Mills Mall at 6148 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, Illinois, where Sky Zone, a leading brand in active family entertainment, has signed a long-term lease for 40,103 square feet.
CBRE represented the landlord, Simon Property Group, in the transaction. The team included Sean McCourt and Alex Corno, based in CBRE’s Chicago office.
Sky Zone’s new location will occupy a prominent space within Gurnee Mills Mall, one of the largest outlet and value retail shopping destinations in the Midwest.
“Sky Zone perfectly complements the 200+ retail, dining, and entertainment options at Gurnee Mills,” said McCourt. “The addition of Sky Zone reinforces the mall’s position as a hub for retail and entertainment in the northern suburbs of Chicago.”
