CBRE Secures First Tenant at Newly Constructed Industrial Development

CBRE has arranged a new 57,161 square foot industrial lease within Northwest Gateway Center, a newly constructed two-building industrial campus in Arlington Heights, IL. This lease, signed with an undisclosed tenant, is the within the development.

CBRE’s Jack Brennan, Mike Sedjo, John Hamilton, and Ben Dickey represented Northwest Gateway Center ownership, Ridgeline Property Group, in the transaction.

Located at 3625 N. Wilke Road, Northwest Gateway Center consists of 511,664 square feet of versatile industrial, showroom, and office space across two buildings that are well positioned for distribution. The buildings are situated on a highly visible four-way interchange at Highway 53 & Dundee Road, are just 7.6 Miles from the intersection of I-290 and I-90, and 20 minutes from O’Hare Airport.
