CBRE Secures Leases Totaling 251,441 Square Feet at Vista Office Buildings in Draper, Utah

CBRE arranged 251,441 sq. ft. of leasing activity at Vista Office Buildings, a Class A office campus located at 256 W. Data Drive and 261 W. Data Drive in Draper, Utah. The transactions include two headquarter renewal leases totaling 198,417 sq. ft. and a new 53,024 sq. ft. lease.

CBRE's Nadia Letey represented the landlord in all three transactions.

“These transactions demonstrate continued demand for well-located, high-quality office space throughout Salt Lake City's suburban office market,” said Nadia Letey, senior vice president at CBRE. “Attracting two new tenants while securing a long-term headquarters renewal highlights the strength of Vista Office Buildings and the ongoing flight to quality we're seeing across the region.”

The leasing activity included a new 53,024-sq.-ft. lease with Canopy Tax, which will occupy two full floors at the property, and a 73,417-sq.-ft. lease with Progressive Leasing. In addition, 1-800 Contacts renewed its 125,000-sq.-ft. headquarters lease, reaffirming its long-term commitment to the campus. The company occupies the entire five-story building at 261 W. Data Drive.

According to CBRE Research, the Salt Lake City-Provo office market recorded 295,000 sq. ft. of positive net absorption in the second quarter of 2026 and its seventh consecutive quarter of occupancy growth, reflecting continued demand for quality office space throughout the region.
