CBRE Secures Three Leases for Mediterranean Restaurant CAVA in Chicago Suburbs

CBRE announced today the successful completion of three new lease transactions for the Mediterranean-focused, fast-casual restaurant chain CAVA with two in Bolingbrook and one in Buffalo Grove.

CBRE represented the landlord, Midwest Equities, in the three transactions. The team included Sean McCourt and Alex Corno, based in CBRE’s Chicago office.

The locations include:

• Buffalo Grove: 755 Deerfield Parkway at the Shops at Buffalo Grove.
  • A premier strip center with Starbucks, Panera, and T-Mobile across from Woodman’s Markets at the southwest intersection of Milwaukee Ave and Deerfield Parkway.
• Bolingbrook: 740 Janes Ave at the Shops at Bolingbrook.
  • A 4,025-square-foot Meijer anchored strip center located at Boughton Rd and the I-355 interchange, within a regional retail corridor spanning more than 3 million square feet.
• Bolingbrook: 215 N. Weber Road at the Bolingbrook Landings.
  • A high-visibility strip center anchored by Meijer at the intersection of North Weber Road and West Boughton Road.
