CBRE Signs Two New Restaurant Leases at Chino Spectrum Marketplace

CBRE negotiated two new leases totaling 4,153 sq. ft. at the Chino Spectrum Marketplace in Chino, Calif. CBRE's Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran represented the landlord, SY Ventures V, led by Hector Frias and Jane Miao, its property management team, in the transactions.

Choco Bakery, a family-owned bakery, signed a lease for a 1,216 sq. ft. location. This new location is the bakery's third location. Noodle Street, which offers hand-pulled Asian fusion noodles, occupies 2,937 sq. ft at the shopping center. The two new leases join the recently rebranded 99 Ranch Market, which occupies 54,884 sq. ft.

"The Chino community has some exciting new dining opportunities coming to Chino Spectrum, decadent desserts at Choco Bakery, and hand-pulled noodles at Noodle Street," said Curran, an associate at CBRE.

Chino Spectrum Marketplace boasts a mix of national and regional shops and restaurants within its 750,000 sq. ft. Located adjacent to State Highway 71 on Grand Avenue, the new tenants join Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and Staples.

"The rebranding of 99 Ranch Market grocery store, and the addition of Choco Bakery, and the Noodle Street restaurant brings vast employment opportunities, a great mix of family owned and growing businesses to the Chino community," added Pagel, senior vice president at CBRE.
