CBRE announced the addition of Al Kennedy and Annalore Rodman to its Portland office. Joining as Senior Vice Presidents, Kennedy and Rodman will leverage their extensive industry experience to form a leading brokerage team focused on advising clients in office and flex space transactions.

Al Kennedy, previously with Colliers, brings 14 years of commercial real estate experience. Known as a premier office broker in Portland, Kennedy specializes in advising both tenants and landlords on leasing transactions. His expertise spans from local private ownership to global institutional investors, solidifying his role as a key industry player.
