CBRE Strengthens Raleigh Advisory Platform with Strategic Addition of Senior Team

CBRE announced the addition of a strategic senior advisory team in Raleigh with the hires of Bill Sandridge, Vice Chairman, and Senior Vice Presidents Caitlyn Kinnaird and Neill Sherron. The group enhances CBRE’s ability to support global corporate clients with large, diverse real estate portfolios across all aspects of their real estate needs.

Sandridge and Kinnaird join CBRE from JLL, where they worked together as part of an integrated account services team supporting large global and domestic organizations with portfolio oversight, site selection, lease negotiations and long-term occupancy planning.

Sherron joins CBRE from Longfellow Real Estate Partners, bringing deep experience supporting innovation driven users with highly specialized office, lab and research environments.
