CBRE Strengthens Southwest Florida Presence with Opening of New Fort Myers Office

CBRE announced today the opening of its new office in Fort Myers, Florida. This new location further solidifies CBRE's commitment to the dynamic Southwest Florida market, bringing its global scale and resources closer to businesses and investors throughout the region.

Seven brokerage professionals will operate out of the new office located at 13350 Metro Parkway, Suite 210, in south Fort Myers.

• Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, is an Executive Vice President with more than 20 years of real estate industry experience. He provides sales and leasing services to investors and occupier clients across all property sectors in Southwest Florida and is the global president of the CCIM Institute
  
• Derek Bornhorst, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Industrial & Logistics team and has more than two decades of industry experience. He specializes in the leasing and selling of industrial facilities, representing occupiers, owners and investors.
  
• Patrick Fraley, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President with more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in leasing office, retail and mixed-use properties across Southwest Florida.
  
• Jim Shiebler, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President specializing in investment sales of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased restaurants throughout Florida and the Southeast.
  
• Adam Bornhorst is a Vice President with CBRE's Industrial & Logistics team and has more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience. He focuses on industrial sales and leasing.
  
• Steve Wood is a Senior Associate specializing in office leasing and investment sales, with more than two decades of experience in the Southwest Florida commercial market.
  
• Edward Larsen is an Associate specializing in office and industrial leasing with more than five years of commercial real estate experience.
