CBRE has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 4848 Coconut Creek Parkway, a 30,948-sq.-ft medical office building anchored by a radiation oncology center in Coconut Creek, Florida.

Christopher Dubberly and Jacob Sanchez with CBRE’s South Florida Healthcare team in Fort Lauderdale are leasing the property on behalf of the owner and manager, CoreGro.

Located at 4848 Coconut Creek Parkway, the property is within a mixed-use development anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, which is slated to open in March 2025. The building’s anchor tenant, GenesisCare, has operated a center for radiation oncology at the location since 2013.
