CBRE To Expand Advisory Services Business into Indonesia

• Angela Wibawa to join CBRE as Managing Director, Advisory Services, Indonesia
• Judy Sinurat and Albert Dwiyanto appointed Senior Director and co-head of Office Services; Anton Sitorus named Head of Research; and Ivana Susilo as Head of Industrial & Logistics.

Asia Pacific – June 10, 2025 – CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, today announced the expansion of its advisory services business to Indonesia and leadership appointments in the country.

Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s largest economy and the world’s fourth most populous nation, is witnessing strong growth in its commercial real estate sector, fueled by robust economic performance and increasing foreign investment. This momentum presents a strategic opportunity for CBRE to broaden its presence in the region.

This expansion will further strengthen CBRE’s existing services in the country by offering its full spectrum of advisory services, including leasing and capital markets, brokerage services of office and industrial & logistics assets, research and consulting, workplace strategy, and transaction management.

Angela Wibawa has nearly 30 years of experience in this industry and will lead the Indonesian advisory team. Prior to this role, she had set up the project marketing and office leasing team in her previous company and successfully led the team to be the market leader.
