CBRE Upstate NY, an affiliate of CBRE, today announced the $4,500,000 sale of the 98,090 square foot industrial property at 100 Gemcor Drive in the town of West Seneca.
CBRE Upstate NY’s Lida Eberz represented Gemcor Automation LLC in the disposition of the manufacturing facility to the Town of West Seneca.
Coinciding with the sale, Eberz is also assisting Gemcor Automation with the relocation of its office to 301 Cayuga Road in Cheektowaga.
