CBRE Upstate NY secures 160,000 SF office lease for Genesee Towers

CBRE Upstate NY, an affiliate of CBRE, and ORION Office REIT Inc. announced the lease of 160,000 square feet of office space to Ingram Micro (NYSE: INGM) as the first tenant to sign on at the recently rebranded Genesee Towers at 257 West Genesee Street in the city of Buffalo.

Lida Eberz and Jeffrey LiPuma of CBRE Upstate NY’s Buffalo office represent the ownership of Genesee Towers in all leasing activities at the property, which has more than 200,000 square feet of office and amenity spaces available for lease.
