CBRE Welcomes Chris Avellana as Senior Vice President in Richmond

CBRE announced today that Chris Avellana, SIOR, has joined the firm's Richmond office as a Senior Vice President. He will focus on delivering strategic real estate solutions for industrial occupiers, owners, developers and investors throughout the region.

Prior to joining CBRE, Avellana spent more than a decade at JLL, where he established himself as one of the Richmond market's leading industrial brokers and a consistent top producer. Throughout his career, he has guided clients through complex sale and lease transactions across a variety of asset types, providing strategic counsel on business-critical real estate decisions.

Avellana will support occupiers with multi-market real estate portfolio management strategies through his deep expertise in site selection, lease structuring and negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, and supply chain optimization. In addition, he advises developers and investors on identifying land and investment opportunities, positioning industrial assets to meet evolving occupier demand and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
