CBRE Welcomes Christine Jarro as Director of Property Management for South Florida

CBRE announced today the addition of Christine Jarro as Property Management (PM) Director for South Florida. In this role, Jarro will be responsible for all aspects of South Florida’s Property Management business, which is comprised of 13 million sq. ft. of office, retail and industrial assets, in addition to leading the existing team of PM professionals across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach.

Jarro joins CBRE from 830 Brickell, where she played a key role in the successful launch and operation of the property, helping establish operational infrastructure, staffing, vendor partnerships and tenant relationships while contributing to business growth and positioning the asset for long-term success. Prior to 830 Brickell, Jarro served as General Manager at Stiles, overseeing a Miami-Dade portfolio exceeding 2 million sq. ft. of Class A office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Additionally, she held leadership roles at Hines and Baptist Health.

With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including overseeing complex Class A assets and building high-performing teams across South Florida, Jarro has built a distinguished career as a leader in property management, known for her expertise in launching successful projects and delivering exceptional client and occupant experiences.
