CBRE Welcomes Danny Scheidler as Senior Vice President in Indianapolis

CBRE announced today that Danny Scheidler has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as a Senior Vice President. He will specialize in industrial occupier representation throughout the region.

Prior to joining CBRE, Scheidler established himself as an industry leader, bringing 10 years of experience advising complex industrial occupiers nationwide. Most recently, he served at JLL, where he ranked among the firm’s top revenue producers from 2021 to 2025 and advised several prominent corporations and national occupiers with portfolios of more than 300 locations.

Scheidler's expertise includes multi-market portfolio strategy, corporate site selection and location analytics, lease structuring and negotiations, acquisition and disposition strategy, land assemblage and long-term portfolio optimization.
